I have received phone calls from an unidentified phone number claiming that I need to talk to someone at this number to prevent being served with legal papers charging me with unidentified legal problem that the recorded message said that need to call this number or be served with papers. I have turned this call over to our local police department. I have no idea if the police learned anything about the call. It is always a robo call with no one to talk with to find out why I get the calls. I will not call the number but our police chief did call it. I haven't heard from him.

Mother informed me about a voicemail of 2 charges being filed against me. I told her that I have not did anything wrong and immediately thought I was a victim again to identity theft. THANK GOD for google phone number lookup and these comments.

This is a recording that says your credit card and social security number has been reported in connection with fraudulent activity and you are about to be summoned in your county with charges being pressed against you. it says you should call the number back and ask to speak with someone in legal. I assume they will ask you to verify your social security number and give it to them. Not sure though, I didn't call. Seemed suspicious so I looked the number up and it's reported by others.

Same as everyone's complaints... non stop both my phones! Please give their info when found I'd like to visit their office in person!

Had enough... these people are relentless!!! Rude and overbearing.... need to find a way to stop these calls any suggestions???

I am sick and tired of getting this call EVERY SINGLE DAY they don't ask for an specific person, they just ask you to call the legal dept and leave a case number.

Says they have my Social Security number and I am being charged debts in my county. Called my home number and my cell numerous times!

They are leaving harassing and threating messages and they are very rude when you call they keep you on hold forever. Im not the person they are looking for yet they continuously call me..

Scared the crap out of me , I would never do this ! Gave a code # vld10661, called messages full ! Also called my x and unknown how they got there # ! I don't even know it . Threats that I have warrants and fraudulent ss info ! Calling BB tomarrow and local authorities .

Never had a loan with this company. They never left there name. Case #VLD13359

Calling my work, cell, mother's number

said they have fraudulent activity linked to my name & ss#; never had anything except a name; gave a case # and requested I call back or give up my "legal rights" when they serve me at work or at my home; this is not legitimate do not call back or give any information!

Calling stating that there is fraudulent activity associated with my telephone number and charges are being filed against me....all statements are actually stating actions that are illegal and making threats.

they called the 1st times then switched number again about 4 hours said i was a haing papers served on me for id fraud haha what joke
